Job Overview: We're seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Spark New Zealand Limited. Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver prompt and effective resolutions to customer inquiries

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in IT or contact centre environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
