Job Requirements
You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales and growth strategy for the Lower North Island region, including:
- Managing key accounts and fostering strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Identifying new business opportunities and providing top-tier intel to the team.
- Collaborating with our Specification team to drive PCC's overall sales strategy.
- Ensuring regional KPIs are met, including sales volumes, margins, pricing, and customer satisfaction.
Your Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven sales experience in manufacturing, construction, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- The ability to travel 1-3 nights per week away from home.
- Business-savvy with sharp financial and commercial acumen.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to ask the right questions, listen, and provide innovative solutions.
