About This Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Wellington. As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers achieve long-term success with our solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, driving growth, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellence. You will be responsible for:
  • Owning and growing customer relationships by building trusted partnerships.
  • Driving customer success by working closely with internal teams.
  • Managing escalations proactively to maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Leading service reviews to track progress and improvements.
  • Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities to expand customer revenue.

Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have experience in SaaS solutions, a consultative approach, and commercial and contractual knowledge. You'll also need to be able to communicate effectively, engage with executive-level stakeholders, and work collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
