We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our territory managers and merchandisers in the North Island.

About the Role
  • You will be expected to deliver excellence execution in line with our company strategy and uphold our values.
  • Your key responsibilities will include strengthening our business across the central North Island, expertly interpreting and presenting data and insights, and providing category and store reviews led by consumer and shopper insights.
  • You will also be responsible for establishing and strengthening partnerships/relationships both internally and externally, leading by example, and owning the hiring process for your team.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 5 years of sales experience with a blue-chip fast-moving consumer goods company (FMCG) and a proven track record/sales experience with key international or local retailers.
