Sales Business Development Manager - Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Enhancing and growing relationships with existing distributors in the Auckland, Waikato, and Bay of Plenty regions;
  • Continuously developing and executing sales strategies for these accounts in alignment with our strategic objectives;
  • Extending ranging and identifying a strong sales pipeline;
  • Developing and executing strategies to secure new business for the distributors in this region.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Be a dynamic salesperson who enjoys developing customer relationships and hunting for new business;
  • Have proven Account Management and Business Development experience;
  • Ideally have a background in AFH, B2B, Foodservice or a combination of these;
  • Have a strong track record in growing existing/new business in a competitive marketplace;
  • Have exceptional communication skills;
  • Be able to build and retain productive and authentic relationships;
  • Be comfortable presenting and engaging clients at any level of the business;
  • Have strong commercial acumen;
  • Be self-motivated and driven to succeed.
