Regional Distribution Business Growth Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Enhancing and growing relationships with existing distributors in the Auckland, Waikato, and Bay of Plenty regions;
- Continuously developing and executing sales strategies for these accounts in alignment with our strategic objectives;
- Extending ranging and identifying a strong sales pipeline;
- Developing and executing strategies to secure new business for the distributors in this region.
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Be a dynamic salesperson who enjoys developing customer relationships and hunting for new business;
- Have proven Account Management and Business Development experience;
- Ideally have a background in AFH, B2B, Foodservice or a combination of these;
- Have a strong track record in growing existing/new business in a competitive marketplace;
- Have exceptional communication skills;
- Be able to build and retain productive and authentic relationships;
- Be comfortable presenting and engaging clients at any level of the business;
- Have strong commercial acumen;
- Be self-motivated and driven to succeed.
