Job Description: This role will see you responsible for the development and growth of new business across regions. You will own and create opportunities for growth, manage key business and customer relationships, and negotiate potential business opportunities. Consult and collaborate with Aon Specialists and Underwriters to provide tailored solutions to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute revenue outcomes using a proven sales process and CRM system
  • BUILD STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS WITH SENIOR LEVEL PARTNERS AND CLIENTS
  • Negotiate potential business opportunities and manage key business and customer relationships
  • Collaborate with Aon Specialists and Underwriters to provide tailored solutions to client needs

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will have a strong commercial or corporate sales background with a focus on new business development and strategic growth. You will likely come from a large organization operating in a complex sales market, balancing competition, client needs, professional advice, partner requirements, and building strong relationships.
