About the Role
We are seeking an organized and attentive individual to join our team as an Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client paperwork, taking payments, updating records, and performing general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Take payments and process transactions
- Update and maintain records in a timely manner
- Perform general administrative tasks as requested by the team
Requirements
- A bright and cheerful disposition
- Previous experience in administration or customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused and able to relate to people of all backgrounds
- Computer literate with intermediate Word, Excel, and data entry skills
- Willingness to work at weekends (days of work are Tuesday to Saturday)
