The Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing client interactions, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Manage client interactions and resolve queries efficiently
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Perform general ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Intermediate computer skills, including Word and Excel
- Availability to work at weekends (Tuesdays to Saturdays)
