Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will provide remote and onsite support for client environments, working directly with clients to test, diagnose, repair, configure, and upgrade hardware and associated IT equipment.
- Providing technical support to clients
- Working on infrastructure, LAN, and WAN networks
- Implementing new technologies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in automation and scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash
- In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Crisis management expertise
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
