Estimated Salary Range: $29.70 - $35.00 per hour

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and allocating resources to ensure the efficient operation of our Wellington office. This includes contributing to strategic planning, setting priorities and standards, and allocating human resources, space, and equipment.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the role involves assigning work to staff, monitoring their performance, and managing company records, financials, and accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and IT fluency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to planning and reviewing office services with senior management.
  • Set priorities and service standards for the office.
  • Allocate human resources, space, and equipment in the office.
  • Assign work to and monitor staff performance.
  • Manage company records, financials, and accounts.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Establish rapport with potential clients and arrange meetings.
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
  • Research organizations and individuals to find new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in sales or marketing (not essential).
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications:

  • Management qualification or 1 year of experience required.
