About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager who can contribute to our company's expansion and prosperity. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing strategies to increase revenue, expand our customer base, and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the planning and review of office services, aligning with our company goals and objectives
  • Set priorities and establish office service standards to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Allocate human resources, space, and equipment efficiently to optimize productivity
  • Assign work tasks, monitor staff performance, and provide guidance for career development
  • Manage company records, financials, and accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Liaise with professionals to coordinate office business, resolve problems, and maintain excellent relationships
  • Ensure occupational health and safety regulations are upheld in the workplace
  • Stay updated on relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures, ensuring our office complies
Requirements
  • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Bachelor's degree or higher)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (Management qualification preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency
  • Able to manage complex projects, multitask, and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills, with ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable using a computer for various tasks
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, ranging from $29.70 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience. This role also offers opportunities for professional growth, training, and development.
