Job Description:

As a Customer Service Liaison Officer, your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt and efficient assistance to our customers. Your duties will include:

  • Welcoming customers into our branch office and ensuring they have a positive experience
  • Promptly answering incoming calls, live chats, and emails to address customer queries and concerns
  • Collecting and processing mail, including sending electronic quotations, invoices, and statements as requested
  • Organising deliveries, pickups, and onsite services for customers
  • Handling customer complaints and escalating them to higher management if necessary
  • Collecting, recording, and banking customer payments
  • Daily account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and transparency
  • Maintaining a tidy office and showroom environment
  • Assisting with monthly stocktakes as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Clear, friendly communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • A high level of customer focus and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Confident computer literacy, including intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • The motivation to learn new skills quickly and adapt to changing situations
