The Role

The Property Portfolio Manager will oversee the entire property management team, ensuring optimal performance and repositioning of our commercial and residential portfolios.

This role requires implementing strategies to enhance property values, optimize financial performance, and identify growth opportunities.

The successful candidate will lead initiatives across asset management, funding solutions, project execution, and investor relations, while focusing on attracting investors.

This position reports directly to the company's Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall Property Management & Team Leadership to ensure smooth operations and company objectives
  • Strategic Property Repositioning for underperforming assets
  • Value Enhancement & Financial Performance to increase NOI and asset value through cost savings, revenue generation, operational efficiencies, and high maintenance standards
  • Funding & Financial Solutions by identifying and securing cost-effective funding solutions
  • Leasing & Tenant Relations by developing and implementing leasing strategies for optimal occupancy and enhancement of tenant satisfaction
  • Project Management & Development overseeing property upgrades and development projects

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in property management, asset management, or real estate investment with a focus on value creation and securing funding is required.

Proven track record of repositioning properties and enhancing asset value, strong financial acumen, and excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills are essential.
