Role Overview

This key account management position plays a critical role in driving business growth by nurturing relationships with our Grocery and Independent wholesale customers. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand our market presence.

You'll work closely with our National Sales Manager to develop and execute strategies that meet our customers' needs and drive business results.

We're seeking an experienced professional who can leverage their skills and expertise to drive success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple brands and categories across our Grocery and Independent wholesale customers
  • Develop and nurture relationships with internal and external customers
  • Presentation of Go to Market presentations and price lists
  • Preparation and management of stock with National Sales Manager
  • Co-management of planning and forecasting of stock
  • Managing clearance lines to achieve stock targets
