About the Role

The Accessman Group is seeking a highly driven and competitive individual to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Professional in the Auckland Region.

Reporting to the Auckland Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales revenue from both new and existing customers in the region. This includes pro-active business development, cold-calling, and generating your own leads, as well as ongoing relationship management and new business development.

You will consistently meet set KPI's & targets and deliver a high level of customer service to achieve ongoing customer satisfaction. Face-to-face site visits will be required to actively hunt out and generate new sales opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Pro-actively develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  2. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion strategies
  3. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports
  4. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
About You:

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • You are proactive and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously
