The Account Manager role is a key sales position at Airwallex, responsible for owning a book size of 150-300 customer accounts. You will work cross-functionally with various teams across the company, including sales, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and strategy. Your primary focus will be on upselling, cross-selling, and building multi-stakeholder relationships with your portfolio of customers.

Our product offering works across three pillars: Collect, Manage, and Spend. This includes payments, global bank accounts, company and employee cards, expense management, online payments/payment gateway, and API integrations. We are looking for a technology-minded Fintech enthusiast who is driven by learning the ins and outs of our platform so that you can effectively solve complex problems and work with customers to understand their needs and how Airwallex can further add value to their business.

This role requires a deep understanding of the financial services industry, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5+ years of B2B experience managing and growing technology/Fintech relationships with a large book of accounts.
