Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer queries, overseeing the sales pipeline to increase capacity for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure contracts are processed and settled smoothly and efficiently.
  • Deliver professional and timely responses to all customer and dealer partner's queries, adhering to agreed service standards.
  • Establish and maintain strong operational relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in a B2B sales-oriented or sales support role.
  • Proven experience in administration or customer service.
  • Understanding of the finance and hospitality industries is highly regarded.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be a resourceful, proactive and outgoing problem solver.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with well-developed time management capabilities.
