At Datacom, we're passionate about making a difference in people's lives and helping organisations innovate and grow. As our Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in driving business opportunities by sourcing relationships with clients and key decision makers.
About the RoleThe Business Development Manager is responsible for developing strategic market/product line business plans and marketing programs to support sales in designated market segments. This includes:
- Identifying volume and strategic clients; and develops partnerships
- Planning and prioritising personal sales activities and prospect contact towards achieving agreed business goals, including sales
- Representing the interests of Datacom in the sale of managed services, project services, IT infrastructure, maintenance, software and other solutions
You'll be working closely with internal bid teams and building alliances with key partners to deliver new business growth and target net new clients. If you have experience selling into Government, that would be highly regarded.
