A Day in Your Role
- Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
- Address concerns swiftly to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate regular meetings with customers and internal teams to track progress and improvements.
- Expand customer revenue by introducing relevant products and services.
- Navigate contracts and negotiations with support from our legal team.
- Share customer feedback with Product teams to drive improvements.
- Maintain quarterly account plans and strategies to support business objectives.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of software delivery, maintenance, and support services.
- Skill in stakeholder management, with the ability to build lasting business relationships.
- Comfortable working through agreements with legal support.
- Able to listen, understand, and articulate complex challenges with clarity.
- Proven experience working with senior business leaders (GM, CEO, CIO, CFO, Department Heads, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, track issues, and execute account strategies effectively.
- Able to collaborate across diverse teams in different regions.
