The Customer Experience Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. This includes managing the day-to-day operations of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion within agreed-upon quality standards, and continuously striving for excellence in all areas of work.
Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new customers, including software setup and installation
- Ensure accurate and timely data manipulation and entry to ensure full payroll compliance
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
- Facilitate change management practices to implement organisational programs, systems, and initiatives
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing or operational environment
- Prior experience in payroll or similar industry preferred
- Highly developed numeric, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen and effective work organisation and prioritisation skills
- Advanced knowledge and skill with MS Office Applications and various operating software
