This role works cross-functionally with the Engineering and Product teams to coordinate efforts, manage resources and ensure the successful execution of projects within scope, time and budget constraints.What you will be doingDevelop and execute programme strategies, objectives and roadmaps to achieve business goalsCoordinate and oversee multiple projects within the programme, ensuring alignment with strategic prioritiesOptimise programme processes to improve efficiency and effectivenessEngage and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations and key business stakeholdersFacilitate communication and transparency across teams and leadership to ensure alignment and informed decision-makingMonitor programme progress, identify and mitigate risks proactively to keep programme on trackEstablish key performance indicators to monitor progress and evaluate programme successLeverage data and insights to continuously refine and improve programme outcomes.What you will bringProven experience in Programme Management, leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced technology environmentProven ability to effectively plan and successfully execute complex project activities, resources and timelines to ensure deliveryStrong understanding of programme and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skillsExperience in identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies across complex initiativesExperience working with executive leadership and presenting programme updatesAbility to manage multiple priorities, make data-driven decisions and adapt to evolving business needsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBenefitsAt Serko, we aim to create a place where people can come and do their best work.
