Auckland City, New Zealand Science New Zealand Full time

We are Toitū Envirocare (Enviro-Mark Solutions Limited), and chances are you've already interacted with our brands— Toitū carbonzero, Toitū carbonreduce, or Enviro-Mark. You may have enjoyed carbonzero certified Yealands Wine or Steinlager beer, eaten Enviro-Mark Certified Abe's Bagels or used carbonzero certified ecotricity electricity, cleaned using Enviro-Mark Certified Eco Store products or at least know friends or family who have. You may have wondered at times how organisations like Kathmandu, The Warehouse Group, Canterbury University and Westpac manage their carbon emissions. The short answer is, it's our people. We are proudly New Zealand's leading carbon reduction solution; however, our work isn't done yet Our aim is to encourage more organisations to start their journey with us to make New Zealand and the world more sustainable.

Intrigued?

The market for Toitū's services is growing rapidly. Historically Toitū's customer base has mainly been organisations with a strong sustainability focus, wanting to demonstrate and substantiate their commitment to reducing emissions and following best practice. More recently climate action has started to become mainstream.

As a result of these internal and external drivers, Toitū has undertaken a strategic review, and secured substantial funding for transformation. One of the three transformation pillars is partnering. Historically Toitū has delivered most of its work through a high touch direct business model. There is one long-term licence partnership in the UK. And there are some tactical local partnerships in place.

The strategic opportunity is to extend Toitū's reach both domestically and internationally by deliberately building a partner business model. This role is being established to lead and drive Toitū's strategic partnering capability, which is a critical component of the transformation programme.
