We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Developer to join our Clients & Markets team, working closely with Partners and their teams to drive business development and growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead Business Development activities, including project management of pitches, creation of proposals, and responding to client requirements. They will also develop new client and cross-selling opportunities, progress through the BD lifecycle, and work closely with the C&M Director on key account programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the C&M Director and wider Clients & Markets team to deliver strategic objectives and annual plans.
  • Lead BD activities, including project management of pitches and creation of proposals.
  • Develop new client and cross-selling opportunities and progress through the BD lifecycle.
  • Work with the C&M Director on key account programmes and take the lead for designated accounts.
  • Report and analyse market data, new initiatives, and input into Board Reports.
  • Lead annual legal directory and award submissions for your portfolio.
  • Support Partners and senior staff with BD training, planning, and coaching.
