**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the evaluation of potential partnership opportunities, assessing their impact on the broader Xero environment
  • Negotiate terms and conditions, working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow existing partnerships, expanding their scope and depth

**Requirements**

  • Experience in leading projects and directing high-performing teams
  • Significant business development experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
