**What this job involves**:
We are seeking a professional Workplace Manager to be responsible for leading the NZ team in forging a lasting, open, and collaborative relationship with clients through the delivery of a unique and authentic experience for our JLL Offices in New Zealand.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract for maternity cover. Immediate start.

**Snapshot of your responsibilities**:
Introduce technology and digital platforms to enable Workplace team to be mobile and present on the occupant floors
Deliver the account’s Human Experience Roadmap across the sites and ensure the delivery of all operational requirements to uplift workplace experience, community engagement and sense of wellness and well-being across the sites
Develop an active and visible Workplace Team that is proactive, responsive, dynamic, engaging, and agile
Build and develop effective client / stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation
Ensure effective communications and reporting to clients on operation matters and Workplace Experience
Facilities operations including manage & oversee site services, maintenance, and lease management and contractual services
Develop internal communication content (i.e. celebrations, newsletters)
Monthly reporting
Management, mentoring and coaching of your team

**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
To be successful, it is essential you have prior facilities experience and ideally a bachelors degree in facilities management, business or similar (preferred). You’ll have superior client and customer service skills and will have a proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts. You will also possess strong budget management and financial analysis skills. You will also have an eye for detail and possess a can do attitude.
