You will be part of the Workplace Experience team who strive to create great work environments that enable and inspire the amazing people at Xero to deliver a beautiful experience for our customers.

As a Workplace Operations Coordinator, you’ll be making sure the workplace is presented and operating in the beautiful and functional way that Xero has become known for. You will deliver consistently high levels of customer service in your interactions with Xero’s and visitors while delivering the services required by the business to work effectively. Your mission will be to “**....provide an exceptional workplace experience within beautiful work environments that inspire and enable staff to create beautiful outcomes.**”

You will also assist the Director Workplace Experience and the Workplace Experience leadership team to deliver this mission by providing information, process, structure, project and admin support to aid in the efficient delivery of the services we provide.

The scope of projects will be varied, including bricks and mortar building works as well as process improvements relating to managing the Workplace Experience teams’ workflows, stakeholder engagement, communication and the coordination of health, safety, environment and security management systems.

A typical day in this role will be extremely varied. You could be carrying out administrative tasks such as compliance audits, providing support for workplace technology and systems or notifying and liaising with contractors on building maintenance issues. Or you could be working on a global project impacting the daily lives of every Xero.

To be successful in this role you will need to work well autonomously and have a fantastic customer service mindset. You will have an inquisitive nature which compels you to always question how we could do things better. You will revel in finding new ways of doing things that make our jobs easier and improve the service we offer to the people of Xero.

- ** Systems Thinking & Integration** Has understanding of systems thinking and intended efficiencies. Can idealise workflows and identify partnerships that support a better customer experience.
- ** Facility Management.** Understands facility tools, incident coordination and what good building performance is. Can handle conflict, guide resolutions and communicate complex facility issues confidently.

**Experience...**:

- Minimum of three years of working in a similar role including the running of workplace/facilities services within an office environment.
- Workflow and project coordination to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Coordinating office reconfigurations, minor alterations, building works and health & safety within an office environment.
- Experience in customer service and effectively influencing stakeholders.
- Contract management to ensure service level agreements are maintained.
