The Supervisor for Workplace Shared Services will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient delivery of services to support to various departments, focusing on optimizing processes and improving service quality. This position will report directly to the ANZ Real Estate and Workplace Services Senior Manager, located in Salesforce Tower Sydney and will support supervising remote and on-site contractors in the REWS organization.

***Responsibilities**:

- Build trusted business partner relationships with key Salesforce partners and provide a high level of customer service to all. Understand the needs of key REWS specific partners (Salesforce Innovation Center, Facilities Management, Guest Services Events, Culinary) and provide support to these functional arms of REWS as needed.
- REWS Vendors and Contractor management associated with Workplace Shared Services.
- Facilitate collaboration and provide team leadership, direction and key deliverables with Workplace shared services professionals. Ensure the efficient execution of tasks in alignment to our yearly vision, values, metrics, obstacles and measures.
- Reporting and data analytics overseeing the creation of high-level reports and presentations. Use Tableau dashboard and ticketing system for data analysis. Perform weekly auditing and reporting tasks as required.
- REWS ticketing management and handling of assignment of WPS tickets. Focusing on continuous improvement and the ongoing management of REWS’ tickets, M&E app, and associated service level agreements and actions. Including timely communication updates and closure of child tickets related to events.
- Slack channel management by creating and optimize Slack channels and workflows to enhance team efficiency. Assist with answering Slack messages and assigning inquiries to the appropriate team members. Generate REWS' tickets via Slack platform comments for action.
- Facilitate the smooth functioning of processes and general administration support on systems Purchaseforce, Fieldglass, Coupa, and Badgeforce.
- Document management, overseeing Google and Quip Documents, ensuring organization and accessibility. Support the creation and management of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Google Sites and broadcast channel information.
- Mail Centre management and operations, ensuring effective customer service and communication. Identify and implement process improvements as needed.
- Guest Pre-Registration, Pre-register guests for events and FM contractors. Issue vendor passes as required or usher visitors if required.
- Campus Tower Tours, compile information and facts about Sydney Tower for tours. Be available for tower tours or coordinate the roster for Guest Services Associates (GSA) to conduct tours. Promote offerings on relevant Slack channels.
- REWS’ Help Desk, lead the Salesforce Help Desk Initiative within Salesforce Tower. Conduct pop-up sessions for employee education as required.
- Oversee vendor setup, budgets, Coupa, purchase orders, financial tracking, and other financial tasks. Assist with P.Card purchasing across REWS' departments.
- Signage program ownership of the Snap contract, global alignment to templates on the DAM and online portal for REWS signage.Handle the printing and distribution of signage.
- Filming collaboration with IBP for filming initiatives. Work alongside the scheduler for coordinated set up efforts and approvals.
- Training and onboarding create documents and playbooks including SOP’s that facilitate effective onboarding and ongoing development of team members.
- Events Support the furniture schedule for events and provide event highlights and statistics.
- Storage troubleshooting issues related to cubbies, assign defect and maintenance tickets as necessary. Support with storage management and reporting including Area Access Manager system for badge access. Assist with maintaining and organizing REWS’ storage and millwork cupboards.

**Experience/Skills Required**:

- Corporate Real Estate (CRE), facility management, workplace services.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and strategic planning skills. Superior analytical skills, judgment, assisting with change management and decision making.
- Outstanding and creative verbal, written, and visual storytelling and communications skills
- Flexibility and ability to manage multiple partners and vendor relation
