**Modern Workplace Engineer**:

As a Modern Workplace Engineer you’ll support the team in taking care of deliveries for customers, resolving ongoing issues, and facilitating projects.

Specifically:

- Implementing, and managing collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Administering and troubleshooting server systems, providing technical support and troubleshooting for to users on a variety of technical issues resolving hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement solutions that align with the organization's goals.
- Developing and delivering training sessions to educate employees on utilising modern workplace tools effectively.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Migrating all workloads to private or public cloud.
- Implementing & managing SOE for Virtual & Physical Desktops
- Maintaining & supporting an Azure environment
- Decommissioning Domain Controllers & On-premise infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in a technical support role
- Proven experience with desktop, Microsoft 365, and server technologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
