Why TMCo

We are looking for a forward-thinking, proactive Services Team Administrator to join our team and assist TMCo’s services engineers who work across different disciplines and are based in multiple offices across New Zealand. The role will be full time and will be based in our new Christchurch office.

Job description

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Admin and Services team in all administrative tasks
- Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for the team
- Assist in the preparation of relevant documentation
- Maintain accurate records
- Assist other members of the admin team
- Organize travel arrangements and accommodations
- Assist in the coordination of events and special projects
- Help services leaders manage workload
- Assist where possible with company marketing
- Other administrative duties as required



**Requirements**:

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, OneNote,) Xero and time management software experience will be beneficial.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous administrative experience is great but not essential
