About the role
Stop is looking for an organised and talented Operations and Administration Team Leader to join their support team in Christchurch. The role will be between 32-40 hours per week.
Reporting to the Finance and Operations Director, you will oversee a small, close knit and self-sufficient team of reception and administration staff.
This role is vital in supporting the agency by being the subject expert in D365. Therefore, you will need to have excellent IT skills or be quick to learn as you will be supporting clinicians with their specific needs as well as inducting new starters through the system.
Day to day you will be responsible for the overall operational and administrative functions for the agency, providing efficient and effective support and business systems management of Stop to support the delivery of assessment, treatment and case management for our clients and families and stakeholders. The role also provides administration support for the wider organisation in terms of IT systems, health and safety coordination, communications and website maintenance, and facilities management.
Ideally, you will have the following attributes, skills, and experience:
- Previous experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a clinical environment.
- Knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi advantageous.
- Significant understanding and experience of IT systems, databases and client management systems.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (for CRM / Case Management) would be advantageous.
- Experience overseeing a small team.
- Ability to prioritise conflicting tasks and work to deadlines.
- Ability to turn complex information into easy-to-understand material.
- Experience in training others.
- A team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
- Willingness to learn
