- This role is know as Regional Sales Manager among colleagues and within the SCJ Pro business. Within the broader SC Johnson organisation, the job is graded as Associate Manager, Sales._
About the Role:
This is a hands-on Regional Sales Manager role leading and coaching a team of three Sales Executives across both North and South Islands of beautiful New Zealand.
You will be a master of leading and growing team engagement, focusing on individual and collaborative team development.
You will elevate your already strong team, coaching them in advanced solution selling techniques and further develop financial and business strategy to drive market share.
Our Regional Sales Manager, NZ will: (amongst other things)
- Practice and share your extensive sales experience by guiding and elevating your team on sales techniques, business and financial acumen and territory management expertise
- Coach and train the team on all aspects of SC Johnson Professional products and services
- Monitor performance and Sales KPIs to drive growth; providing regular feedback in an environment of collaboration, placing value on open communication, creativity and problem solving
- Maintain and grow connections with Distributors, Key Accounts, End Users and tender/new business opportunities
- Deliver strong volume, revenue and profitability in the NSW/QLD AU territory
Skills, knowledge, and Experience Required:
- Strong experience in similar Territory Sales role within at least one of these market sectors - Industrial, Health, Food, Commercial, or Manufacturing
- Exceptional leadership skills and people management experience, particular with managing staff remotely
- Demonstrated sales experience with outstanding sales track record
- Proven successful communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects whilst consistently executing within planned deadlines
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Be self driven and motivated, with ability to motivate others
- Have ability to travel regionally and interstate, hold full working rights in AU and be fully Covid-19 vaccinated
