As a Regional Sales Executive, you will have the chance to work in a dynamic industry with a focus on driving sales growth. **Responsibilities**:
- Acquire new network multi-branch/regional customers in line with sales targets.
- Conduct sales-focused visits to provide sales training, target new customers, and offer sales support to Regional Franchisees and their employees.
- Implement effective customer care programs and account management practices to increase the share of spend across existing multi-branch customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a selected portfolio of multi-branch customer accounts.
- Offer in-field sales support and training to Regional Franchisees and their sales resources.
- Complete first contact for all website leads received for regions in your territory.
- Promote and grow international export services to customers and Regional Franchisees.
- Prepare proposals and supporting materials for potential customers.
- Provide customer and stakeholder feedback to the management team to improve service quality and customer retention.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in direct or business-to-business sales and marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with commercial acumen.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results.
- Demonstrated success in implementing effective sales, marketing, and customer retention strategies.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
