Key job responsibilities
Your background in sales management will enable you to help your team of account managers and inside sales representatives with engagements from the CxO level, manage a sales pipeline and team with other AWS Sales Representatives, Solutions Architects and Partners within commercial Enterprise accounts.
**Core duties**:

- Managing and growing a diverse and high performing team of sales professionals
- Driving adoption of AWS’ full suite of services into a set of strategic Energy, Power Utilities and Mining customers
- Ensure end customer satisfaction and strong executive relationships
- Co-develop and help executing account plans with field sellers
- Inspect joint GTM activities to drive and accelerate adoption of our products, working closely with AWS partner and cross-functional teams.
