Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Director within a large ECE organisation.

As the Personal Assistant to the Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the director in the daily operations of our centers. Your responsibilities will include:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, both internally and externally, ensuring optimal time management.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Conduct research on various topics to provide insightful information for decision-making.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Able to be flexible in the work hours from 7am - 6pm
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in ECE Management: Coordinating, maintaining, and scheduling calendar appointments in Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
- Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
- Discretion when dealing with sensitive information
