**This job is required to perform**:
- Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:_
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and pressentations as needed
- Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare detailed travel plans and ensure all necessary arrangements are made.
- Assist with personal errands and appointments, including shopping, scheduling, and organizing.
- Coordinate and oversee personal events and activities.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.
- Conduct research and provide support for various initiatives.
- At least 3 years work experience in relevant industry OR
A diploma qualification is required in level 6 or above
- Able to work independently as well as a team
- Ability to read plans and specifications
- Working under pressure
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Be physically fit
