**YOUR ROLE**
You’ll be supporting two of our Executive Managers, assisting them with their daily tasks and ensuring their schedules run smoothly. But this role is so much more than just administrative support. You’ll create key executive presentation materials, help manage and coordinate large event and travel and even support partnering with our contractor agencies and supporting workflows, onboarding, and invoicing.
The Executives you’ll be supporting manage Transformation Delivery (~100 persons) and Strategy (~10 persons).
It's high-energy and busy, but with your solid experience of providing support at a similar level, you'll take it in your stride and excel at developing the role and making it yours.
You’ll enjoy a high level of flexibility in a hybrid working environment. Working from home is welcomed while teams are encouraged to come into the office a couple times a week to connect and have some fun.
**ABOUT YOU**
We’re not looking for someone ordinary you’ll be a star who’ll have experience in the following areas;
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant in a large corporate environment
- Exceptional Microsoft Office Suite experience especially when creating presentations for Executives.
- Stellar organizational skills: Keeping track of complex schedules and deadlines is a breeze for you. You excel in managing multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication: Your ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely is second to none. You're a master of both verbal and written communication.
- Flexibility and adaptability: No two days are the same, and you embrace change with open arms. You're ready to go with the flow and tackle any challenge that comes your way.
