Our client is an award-winning New Zealand contractor. They undertake a wide range of civil construction projects throughout New Zealand and the South Pacific with specialities' including foundation and piling work.

**Your new role**

An immediate opportunity available for a dynamic and highly motivated Personal Assistant to provide secretarial support to our Regional Manager. The role will initially be based at our Penrose office but then will transition to a South Auckland based site location in a few months. In addition to diary and inbox management, travel bookings and credit card reconciliation you will also play a crucial role in the coordination of project and leadership meetings including collating information for board reports, setting agendas, management of action items and preparation and distribution of minutes.

**What you'll need to succeed**

An experienced Personal Assistants who have a keen eye for detail, the ability to juggle competing priorities and who love the challenge of working in a fast-paced organization. You will be practiced in maintaining high levels of discretion and confidentiality, have a collaborative approach to your role and stakeholder relationships, as well as the ability to demonstrate high levels of composure regardless of what is happening around you This role will need someone who has levels of proficiency in MS Word, Power Point and intermediate level Excel Skills. Your communication will need to be clear concise and be able to work at a fast and dynamic pace.
