We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy and motivated team player with a sales-focused background to join our exceptional team, championing our brand, product and company to the North Island. As a Sales Account Manager, you'll dive into a fast-paced and high-pressure environment of weddings & events, working closely with our talented team, collaborating with clients, and achieving extraordinary results. **Responsibilities**:
- Collaborating to achieve winning sales strategies that surpass revenue targets.
- Foster strong client relationships while actively seeking new business opportunities, constantly expanding our customer base.
- Take charge as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring impeccable customer service and satisfaction.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to gain valuable insights into clients' industries, products, and competitors, fueling your sales success.
- Build a robust sales pipeline by effectively prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals with finesse.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and product development to drive growth and conquer new horizons.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that showcase the value our solutions bring to clients.
- Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends, identifying opportunities, and adapting your strategies accordingly.
- Track and analyze sales data to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and report progress to management.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using in house software.
- First point of contact for all inbound queries, assisting with any questions and directing clients to the correct contact.
- Assist the inhouse team with administrative tasks.
- Support the team by providing administrative assistance, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and assisting with daily tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, stock/inventory and seamless customer support.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of sales processes, tools, and best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
**Requirements;**
- Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar sales role, consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build strong client relationships and work effectively within a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, staying motivated and energized even when faced with challenges.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with a relentless focus on achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: $52,066.66 - $65,000.00 per year
