We are a young ambitious sales and marketing agency that has had tremendous success since 2017 providing services throughout the country. We are looking for ambitious salespeople to use our unique category-dominating strategies to further grow the sale of our clients. Our aim is to be a supplier that retailers know will deliver good brands
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with exceptional people skills who is successful in building and developing relationships with our customers and identifying opportunities to grow our business and our customerss businesses in a sustainable way. Experience in the industry or similar is not essential but beneficial.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Be the face of our high-quality brands
- Inrease the distribution of our brands in the New Zealand
- Call on Foodstuffs and a few independent retailers and manage the business plans between both parties
- Organise displays, promotions, negotiate with and build relationships with buyers
- You will be responsible for assessing pricing, distribution and merchandinsing to drive an increase in revenue and volume
- Provide creative strategies and solutions to further grow sales in each region
- Providing weekly reports
- You will take responsibility for calling on retail customers according to planned call cycles
- A professional apperance and attitude are essential to be able to communiate at all levels of a business
**Skills and experience**

- You have relevant Retail/FMCG experience
- Fuent in English
- You have a Full/restricted NZ class 1 DL or equivalent overseas license
- Able to drive out of town and can drive long distances
- You have great planning and organization skills and you are TRULY passionate about Sales & helping people and businesses grow
- You are expected to be opportunistic, self motivated, enthusiastic and have a good customer relationship skills
- You think BIG & like to celebrate your successes
