**Your Impact**
Reporting to the National Business Manager, we have an opportunity to engage your creative thinking and customer-centric approach across our Route (on-premise) channel to maximise commercial opportunities for our **_Non-alcoholic portfolio_**. You will have total ownership for our Better Drinks Co. customer base in the **Auckland region.**
**_ Travel in this role is required (Spending approximately 4-6 nights away a month, depending on where you are based)_**
Responsibilities include calling on an established distributer & customer base, selling in new products, ensuring perfect fridge execution, taking orders and delivering unbeatable beverage solutions, you’ll be a true partner to our customers. Whilst you will be calling on existing customers there is a solid focus on bringing new business into The Better Drinks Co. and Asahi Family.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Building strong connections with Route customers in the region
- Building strong commercial connections with your aligned distributer networks
- New Business Growth through targeting existing successful competitor business and greenfield opportunities.
- Utilising your commercial acumen to create tailored win-win beverage solutions for our customers and drive distribution across the region

- Demonstrated sales experience with beverage/FMCG or route expertise highly regarded
- A strong communicator who builds memorable relationships with their customers
- Self-motivated with impeccable time management, high attention to detail and a willingness to ‘roll up your sleeves’ to get the job done
- Strong administration skills and ability to plan essential to deal with a workload and follow up
- A valid (and clean) NZ drivers licence goes
