Are you an experienced relationship manager looking for an exciting opportunity? Look no further We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Accounts Territory Manager to join our high-performing National Accounts team looking after all the National Accounts customers within the Lower North Island region.

**The Role**:
As a National Accounts Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our key clients within the Lower North Island Region. You'll be responsible for fostering robust relationships, maximising client retention, identifying upsell and new opportunities within the National Account Portfolio across all of our categories within the Rentokil Group.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with the National Accounts portfolio at a local level.
- Drive identification, prospecting, and creation of new sales opportunities aligned with our profitable growth strategies.
- Ensure effective end-to-end sales processes to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and provide ongoing customer support.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement in all areas of customer interaction.
- Regularly attend networking events, industry meetings, seminars, and trade shows.
- Develop and deliver compelling solution-based proposals to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the National Accounts Sector Managers to support local relationships within the broader National Accounts portfolio.
**To Be Successful, You Will Have**:
- Minimum of 3 years of Account Management and Business Development experience.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the service industry or relevant sectors.
- Demonstrable business acumen and commercial thinking.
- Outstanding organisational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and manipulate data to draw meaningful insights.
- Valid driver's licence.
**Preferred Qualifications and Experience**:
- Tertiary qualification.
- Sound OH&S - Work Site Safety Awareness.
- Competence in Google Platform.
- Demonstrated solution selling skills based on customer needs.
- Experience in the Washroom Hygiene, Pest Management, Plant Landscaping, and Service industry.
- Account Management (new & existing) Experience.
- Key Accounts Experience
