- The role is predominantly based in Auckland however some travel to other regions including Waikato, BOP and Northland may be required from time to time.
- Annual salary ranges from $75k-$95k depending on experience with additional bonuses based on meeting targets, plus modern vehicle, bonuses, and all tools of trade. Full time role fixed 40 hours per week.

**The role**:
With a thorough induction and training plan, you will manage an existing customer base plus be responsible for searching out and converting new business sales.
- Managing your own territory, you will be provided with training, direction, modern tools and processes, but able to work autonomously to best service the needs of your customers.
- Deliver both exceptional service and technical packaging product knowledge.
- Create and deliver proposals to ensure their businesses are offered the most sustainable, economic, innovative and efficient product solutions.
- Deliver optimum growth and profit.

**About you**:
Experience in solution-based sales in Industrial Packaging or other technical product-based industry selling into similar markets. These being**_Warehousing & Logistics, Timber & Construction, Metals Industry, Food & Beverage and General Manufacturing._**

Exposure to paper based sustainable packaging solutions including the Ranpak product portfolio and/or other paper based automated protective packaging solutions would be highly desirable.

You have tenacity, drive, integrity and B2B sales experience in both new business and relationship management of 5 years +. You have passion for sales and of your own career success.

- Intelligent, professional, well-presented but down to earth.
- Action focused and enjoy a fast-paced on-the-road environment where you are working to exceed sales KPIs.
- A keen relationship builder, you genuinely enjoy providing optimum bespoke solutions to your clients.
- You have no cold call reluctance and enjoy a mix of both existing and new business.
- Ability to analyse and use data to plan, strategize and engage.
- Excellent time management and ability to juggle and prioritize in a fast-paced role.
- Attention to detail and the ability to complete reporting and administration duties.
