An independently owned Investment Advisory Practice located in Auckland, are seeking a full-time Client Administrator to join their team.

The role purpose:
The Client Administrator works alongside the existing Client Managers, who collectively are responsible for providing practical day-to-day assistance and support to the firm’s Financial Advisers by ensuring that all key administration and portfolio management tasks are completed effectively and in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the maintenance of the firm’s CRM.
- Assist with the management of the banking and Term Deposit System.
- Assist with the management of the Company Trust account ensuring that all daily transactions are posted to individual client accounts each day and the account is cleared to zero.
- Set up new client records and on board new client portfolios.
- Maintain existing client records and portfolios and prepare monthly reporting.
- Execute portfolio management tasks and transactional requests from the firm’s Financial Advisers.
- Prepare, draft and proof investment proposals / statements of advice / review documentation under the direction of Financial Advisers as required.
- Handle day to day client requests as required but without giving any advice.
- Assist with the lodgement of new business.
- Carry out portfolio reconciliations.
