Office Administrator

**Jaydan Electrical Services Limited **is looking for an Officer Administrator in Auckland. This is permanent full-time position.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Coordinate and oversee all office activities.
- Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies.
- Handle phone calls and all related correspondence.
- Provide assistance with different budgeting and bookkeeping activities.
- Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs.
- Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service.
- Manage the company’s administrative functions, including human resources, purchasing, accounting, and office operations.
- Provide administrative support as needed to management, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and other secretarial duties.
- Maintain records and file management procedures.
- Monitor office inventory, ordering office supplies and other materials as needed.
**What you Need**:
- No experience or qualification required for this role
- Ability to work weekends
- Show attention to detail
- Be a team player and flexible
- Good initiative and time management skills
**What is on offer**:
- Minimum 32 hours per week
- Location: Auckland
**Salary**: $27.00 - $29.75 per hour
