**Responsibilities**: - Actively promote training services to existing clients and maintain contact to optimise opportunities. - Business Development of new clients - Lead development of new business relationships to extend the company’s training services in Australian/ New Zealand market. - Analyse and monitor sales achievements regularly, make recommendations and undertake actions when required. - Management of our portfolio of work, both with new and existing client(s). - Sales Development to ensure targets are met and exceeded where possible. - Regular communication with leadership team on sales activity. - Building sales pipeline and effective sales strategies - Attend seminars and other industry related events related to Training/Sales/Testing Services and other legal implications on a biannual basis or as required. - Client meetings, regular catch up and business relationship building both onsite, offsite and over the phone at all times.
**Mandatory Skills & Experience**: - You will be pro-active and strategic in your approach. - You will have a 'can do' attitude and an innovative way in doing things. - You are an articulate, excellent communicator who is well-presented. - Previous account management and client relationship management is highly regarded. - Previous business development experience is preferred, with a focus on selling consultancy services/ training courses. - Self-Starter, target driven and possess good business acumen - Exceptional customer services skills Benefits and Culture: For the right person we will provide a competitive remuneration package.
