As a Billing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes.

**About the Role**:

- Manage all administrative tasks related to billing operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of invoices and billing statements.
- Review billing data for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed records of billing information and payment transactions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary billing data and resolve billing-related issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries.
- Generate regular reports to monitor billing activities and identify trends or areas for improvement.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in billing administration or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to analyse and interpret numerical data effectively.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
