**The Role**
- Maintaining a high level of efficient and effective administration procedures
- Interpreting the particulars of each contract to ensure all requirements are met
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient documentation
- Answering all internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining confidentiality
- Intermediate to advanced in the use of Microsoft Office
- Fast and accurate data entry
- High level of attention to detail
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills - face-to-face and over the phone
- Previous experience in a Billing/Contracts role is an advantage
