An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance and Billings administrator to join a busy team located in the heart of the CBD. You will be working 8am - 5pm Wednesday and Thursday each week for 3 months plus.

**Duties include**:

- Invoicing
- Following up if invoices bounce back
- Receiving payments
- Lising with clients/agencies to follow up on any unpaid invoices
- Excel Spreadsheeting
- Data Entry and other adhoc duties as required.

**To be considered you will ideally have**:

- Some experience working within accounts/Finance
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Advanced MS Excel and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Good research skills and flexibility to take on a variety of tasks
