Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role
The Team Leader - End User Technology has an overall responsibility for the day-to-day management, resource planning and work allocation of the End User Technology Team. This team delivers excellent customer service and operational management of all end user devices and associated services.
This role includes both people leadership and 'hands on' operational support as a technology specialist.

**The Team Leader - End User Technology responsibilities are**:

- To lead a team of end user technology engineers, providing technical and professional growth through assignments, mentoring, and technical training.
- The day-to-day management and support of Technology hardware and software provided by Kāinga Ora in line with industry best practice and to agreed service levels.
- Proactive management of customer requirements and expectations as well as implementation of action plans to improve the customer experience.
- Provide technical leadership and give opportunities for leadership to their people.
- To carry out Trend analysis of Customer interactions to drive service improvements
- To contribute to strategies relating to End User Technologies
- To contribute to capacity planning and capital replacement of hardware assets
- To recruit, train and mentor staff.
