**Description**:
A little bit about the role

As the End User Compute (EUC) Support Engineer you will be working in a customer focused, high performing Professional Services (PS) team, accountable for EUC related services. You will work alongside a strong team of Infrastructure and Cloud Engineers as well as a range of stakeholders through the business. As a senior member of the team, you will be called to lead and develop the other engineers.

You will undertake tasks to ensure the smooth day to day running of customer side EUC support services, providing effective advice to and support to our clients.

**Some of your Key accountabilities will include**:
Installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting server and desktop operating systems, networks and associated hardware, software, and databases.
You will provide management and support of device provisioning and management technology e.g. SCCM, Intune, MEM
You will provide support for other operational tasks relating to products and services offered by PS
Provide L2/L3 Support to end-users incidents and requests in a timely manner
Be knowledgeable on the enhancements and maintenance of various EUC technologies by contributing to the development of supported products and services

**Skills and Experiences**:
A bit about you

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in an enterprise IT environment working in the EUC area with strong understanding of the components required in an effective EUC management solution. You will also have practical knowledge of managing and administering IT systems, is confident in investigating and supporting new technologies, and have proven troubleshooting skills. You will also have proven experience owning problems and managing escalations within a team environment.

**You will also have recent experience and/or proficiency on**:
Cloud technology including, Azure, AWS, Office 365 (e.g. InTune, Exchange Online, Teams)
Microsoft Windows Server and technologies (e.g. Active Directory, Exchange Server, SQL Server, Systems Centre (MECM, SCCM, SCOM)
This role requires strong technical skills and having familiarity with VMWare, Azure AD, EUC platforms, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Windows Server, and Infrastructure.
Having relevant Microsoft Certifications is highly desirable in this role.
